Returns
Returning an Item
At Reckless Clothes we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with any of our products you have purchased then simply return them within 14 days for a full refund for the product price. (Refunds do not include postage costs).
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear or swimwear. You have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You must also include a completed Returns Form which was included in your original packaging. If the form has got lost do not worry, you can download a copy here. Once you have it, be sure to fill the form in carefully and send it along with the items to the address below.
This assumes that :
- the item has not have been worn
- all the tags are still attached to the item as before
- the item is wrapped in its original packaging Refunds do not include postage costs. You must pay the return postage. We would advise you to always obtain proof of posting (recorded delivery) when returning goods.

Reckless Clothes will reimburse you within 30 days of the original order date if all the requirements above are met. All refunds will be made in Swedish Kronor/Euro at the current exchange rate.
When requesting a refund you should tick box A Refund. If you paid by debit/credit card then the funds will be returned to that card.

Pack the parcel securely reusing the original grey packaging if possible. Return the package to Reckless Clothes via the Post Office or other insured carrier. Unfortunately we cannot confirm when we have received your return. Getting the parcel to us is your responsibility. So for peace of mind, we do recommend that you send your return by a secure postage method, such as recorded delivery. This way you will be able to trace your delivery through the carrier that you used.
Exchanging an item
If you want to exchange an item then the best way to do this is to go to the website and place an order for the alternative item you require. It’s best not to wait as stock levels change all the time and you may be disappointed if the size you require has sold out.

Problems with your order
It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes we make a mistake. If we have made one with your order or you have any issues with the goods themselves, then you need to fill in the returns form, which will be in the package your order arrived in. If the form has got lost do not worry, you can download a copy here. Once you have it, be sure to fill the form in carefully and it along with the items to the address below.
Where possible please ensure that anything you return is unworn and unwashed, with all the tags attached and in the clear plastic bag it came in.) Getting the parcel to us is your responsibility. So for peace of mind, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
If your order was incorrectly packed or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we’ll simply send you the correct item or a new version of what you ordered. We’ll also refund the postage costs you incur returning the item. We obviously won’t charge you for the delivery of the correct item either.
When requesting a refund of postage due to faulty goods or our mistake you should tick box C Faulty Goods. If you paid by debit/credit card then the funds will be returned to that card.

Important Note
All items must be returned to us in their original condition. With this in mind, please follow the instructions below – failure to do so may result in Reckless Clothes being unable to accept a return.
Clothing:
When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
Jewellery and Watches:
Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply unnecessary force.
Footwear:
Footwear: Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box..
